6 weeks

Started diet calorie counting on 4/08 and have lost about 8 lbs in the meantime (about 6 weeks) I wanted to do more (of course, don't we all?) but I succumbed to snacks, sweets, and emotional eating more times in the past few weeks than I truly want to admit. Today is another day to start over though, right?
